Quick Take
The complexities and uniqueness of adoption.

What’s Inside
This book explains some of the complexities of adoption and what makes each story so unique and special. It opens the door for anyone to start a conversation about adoption because it is told through the eyes of a kid who has been adopted as well as a parent who has adopted a child. It’s not only great for kids who have been adopted, but also for their extended families, friends, and anyone who may be curious about it.

About the Authors
Leul Gurske was born in Ethiopia and adopted at the age of two. Now, he’s fourteen years old and lives in Oregon with his family. Nabil Zerizef and his wife adopted their son Adi at birth and they also live in Oregon where he works as an elementary school principal. It was there where these two families crossed paths and learned and grew together.
