Delivery & Postage Options

We offer Click & Collect, Local Home Delivery, and Postage across Australia. Please read below for details.

Order Processing
We work hard to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are ready for pickup, home delivery and postage the same day they are received. 

Click & Collect orders must be placed by 1:00pm for same day pickup.
Home delivery orders and postage deliveries must be placed by 2:00pm for same day delivery. If orders are placed after those times, they will be ready the following day. We are closed every Monday and no orders are processed or available for collection.

Your order is available for collection at our shopfront (103 Victoria Avenue, Albert Park 3206). You will receive an email or mobile notification when your order is ready for collection.

Select the CLICK & COLLECT option on the checkout page for click & collect.

Please know your order number and bring a photo ID with you when picking up your items.

Local Home Delivery
For customers in the postcodes of 3205, 3206 and 3207, we are happy to offer local delivery by our team. The delivery window is from 4:30pm to 6:00pm and offered Tuesday through to Sunday (we are closed on Monday).

Select the SHIP option on the checkout page and you can then choose home delivery.

Local home delivery is a free service we offer for orders with a minimum spend of $100.

Domestic Postage

Hello Youngster offers shipping anywhere in Australia via Sendle. Each order receives a delivery tracker that is shared with you when we organise postage.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders within Victoria, and a $25 flat rate everywhere else in Australia.

We offer store credit, exchange, or refund for any items (excluding sale items) that are damaged or missing parts. We check each product before assembling your order, but understand that sometimes the issue is something we can't see without opening the product. We may ask you return the item to us at the shop (at our expense) or take a photo of it to send to our team.
